Black Dagger Brotherhood by J. R. Ward is probably the most popular Adult Vampire Series. I can tell you it was one of my favorites. I started reading them last year and purchased each book one at a time. I noticed that there is a really nice Black Dagger Boxed set for those who want to read the entire series.
